Thank you for shopping with Arinzaa.

We strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. As a dropshipping store, our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and warehouses located in India and multiple international locations, therefore delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and destination.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins after order verification.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Within India: 5–15 business days

  • Metro cities: 4–10 business days

  • Remote / rural locations: 7–14 business days

  • International shipments (if applicable): 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

3. Multiple Shipment Policy

Since products may be sourced from different warehouses or countries, items in the same order may be shipped separately.

As a result, customers may receive multiple packages on different dates.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum cart values.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs or import clearance

  • Natural events / weather

  • Public holidays or local restrictions

In such cases, we request customers to allow additional time.

7. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We shall not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.

8. Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept COD orders, or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deduction of shipping and handling charges.
