Terms & Conditions – Arinzaa Store

1. General Information
In agreeing to these conditions, customers are accepting them for using our store. Arinzaa Store is a drop shipping company and the products are shipped to customers by our third-party suppliers.
2. Shipping and Delivery Information
Please note that the shipping times provided are estimated.
Given that the products will be supplied by different suppliers, some orders might be dispatched in multiple shipments.
The customs fees, if any, should be borne by the customer.
3. Product Information
While we strive to provide accurate information, there might be small color variances between products pictures. The prices are subject to changes without any prior notice.
4. Returns and Refunds
In case of damaged or wrongly supplied items, please contact us in the first 3 days since delivery with supporting photos.
Customers cannot ask for a return of their order for "change of mind". The refunds are granted only after the supplier confirms the issue.
5. Payment and Order Cancellation
The orders placed can only be canceled within 12 hours from the order time, which is when the order gets sent to the supplier.
Full payment is due before processing an order.
6. Limitation of Liability
Arinzaa Store is not liable for any health issues, accidents, or damages caused by the use of products purchased from our site. Use products at your own risk.
